2020-2021: The number of entries and exits at this station increased by less than 10% in 2020-21 as a result of improvements to the methodology for estimating Caledonian Sleeper journeys. However, the figure presented is still likely to be an underestimate of the true usage at this station due to the inclusion of refunded journeys processed early in the year relating to journeys booked in 2019-20.
